A Journey Through World Flavours: Indonesia on the Plate

This week, our young chefs made delicious Indonesian corn fritters, known as bakwan jagung. These tasty snacks are originally from Indonesia and are loved by children and parents alike! The children mixed sweetcorn with shallots, herbs, and a little seasoning before shaping and frying their fritters until they were golden and crispy. What a wonderful way to explore new flavours and learn about food from another country. Well done,chefs!
